Opening an account is completely free, so sign up now! Our office hours are 8:30AM-9:00PM Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm Saturday.

Where are your branches located?

We don’t have any branches as of now, but we have our main office at #1335 Unit 104 Casa Malvar Bldg. Malvar St., Singalong, Manila. We will pick up your packages, no pickup charge, within our designated pickup areas: Metro Manila and Cavite (Bacoor, Imus, and Dasmarinas). Our office hours are 8:30AM-10:00PM Mon-Sat.

Please note that provincial-bound packages picked up on Saturdays will be forwarded to LBC on Mondays.

What areas are covered for next-day delivery?

We deliver within Metro Manila and LuzVisMin areas covered by LBC, our provincial partner. Please see our RATES pages for detailed areas and rates.

Do you charge a fee for pickup?

No, pickup is completely free. Cutoff time for pickup is 2pm (Cavite) and 4pm (Metro Manila) for next-day delivery.

What areas are covered for free pickup?

We pick up within Metro Manila, and selected areas of Cavite (Bacoor, Imus, Dasmarinas). Cutoff time for pickup is 2pm (Cavite) and 4pm (Metro Manila) for next-day delivery.

Is there a minimum number of packages required to qualify for free pickup?

No, we do not require a minimum number of packages for pickup.

How do I book a pickup?

The easiest way to book a pickup is via our online booking service (https://account.metrowidecourier.com). You can even schedule multiple pickups at once! Do you provide shipping supplies (waybills & pouches)?

Yes, our riders carry a supply of pouches & waybills. You may also request supplies at our office or email us at: customersupport@metrowidecourier.com, and we will send a pack of supplies for you on your next pickup.

What are your available pouch sizes & rates?

Our pouches are available in small (6.5? x 11.5?), large (12.5? x 17.5?) and extra-large (15? x 19?). For packages that do not fit our pouches, you will be charged based on volumetric weight (computed in cm. using L x W x H/3500). For detailed rates, please see our RATES pages.

How will I know how much my package will be charged?

The rider will compute the exact rate for your package when he arrives, using either actual weight given by a digital scale (for packages that fit the standard pouches), or volumetric weight (for packages that do not fit the standard pouches). You may request an estimate over the phone or via email/text, but actual rates may vary as the rider will need to weigh/measure your package, and add declared value fees/insurance, if applicable.

What is the maximum allowed declared value?

Our maximum allowable declared value is Php20,000.00

What if my item is fragile/breakable? Is QCE liable in case of loss or damage?

For fragile/breakable items:

  1. Pack the item/s securely in bubblewrap/styrofoam peanuts/styrofoam wedges. A box is highly recommended as well, though not required.
  2. Please indicate the CORRECT declared value on the courier waybill. Without the declared value, a claim is invalid in case of loss.
  3. Insurance is recommended (though not required). This is especially important for provincial-bound packages, which are turned over to our provincial shipping partner, since we have no control over how your package will be handled after it is turned over.

How does the QCE badge work?

The QCE badge tracks all your shipments made with Quicktime Courier Express.

To get your own QCE badge, please follow these steps:

  1. Register for an online account at https://account.metrowidecourier.com
  2. After confirming your registration, log in to your account. You will see the badge and the html code on your profile page.

Please make sure to indicate your shipper code on your waybills for faster encoding of your shipping transactions.

NOTE: Your profile page will show only the date when you registered for an online account, NOT the date of your first shipment. Only transactions made AFTER online registration will be reflected on your QCE badge profile.
